RESORT: Bouganvillage Residence is situated about 40km south of Olbia (Airport and Ferry Port) in the village of Tanaunella, 2 km from the busy holiday resort called Budoni. The complex comprises of 35 apartments located in pretty stone and pastel coloured buildings around the swimming pool, sun bathing area and colourful bouganvillea gardens. From this fantastic location it is easy to reach some of the best beaches in Sardinia.  Just a few minutes drive away are; Porto Ainu, Posada, Budoni,Bidderosa. For the more active holiday maker there are plenty of places of natural, archeological and cultural interest in the area as well as restaurants, bars and nightlife.

APARTMENTS: apartments can be situated either on the ground or 1st floor each with furnished veranda or balcony. All are more than well equipped; with sat/TV, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and cooking facilities with an oven and a toaster and all have smoke alarms. The following types are available:

 

  • MONO 2 (23 sq mt) lounge with double sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom. (Cots are available with supplement).
    BILO 4 (37 sq mt): lounge with double sofa bed , double bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. (Cots available with suppl.).
    TRILO 6 (47 sq mt): lounge with double sofa bed , double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. (Cots available with suppl.)

FACILITIES: reception, Bar Club house (opening settled by private management), Laundromat, sunbathing area, equipped swimming pool (limited loungers and reclining  chairs), kids games area, mini football ground, shared BBQ area.
The closest village (Tanaunella, 150-600 mt) offers a selection of shops and services.

COMFORT CARD: (compulsory from 11/06 to 10/09), includes: “BEACH SET” available in each apartment for the duration of the stay (1 beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, 1 beach towel per person over 6 yrs), “WELCOME BREAKFAST” (the package includes: jam, nutella, milk, tea, coffee, 1 bottle of water, crisp bread and biscuits), “SPORTS” (included swimming pool use), “COURTESY KIT” (bathroom essentials); WiFi Zone; Excursions and car hire bookings possible(payable extras).
