COMPLEX: The Borgo Residence is a well designed complex of apartments composed of low rise buildings of a traditional Sardinian style decorated with stone and wrought iron work.  Set in well established gardens, linked by pathsways.  There is also an inviting swimming pool for the exclusive use of the group of VIP apartments.  Porto San Paolo is a pretty holiday destination from which there are stunning views over the bay to the impressive Tavolara island known for its nature reserve.  There are shops, cafés, restaurants and bars of every kind.

APARTMENTS: Attractively designed and equipped with: washing machine,TV, a furnished veranda on the first floor or patio on the ground floor. In the kithenette some have an oven while others have just the cooker hob. On request it is posible to have ironing facilities.  Only the VIP apartments have the use of the  swimming pool and sun bathing area which has a limited number of umbrellas and loungers and is open from from *4th june to 24th September.

  • BILO 4 -(50sqmt - sleeps 4) Comprises of: double bedroom, kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed, bathroom.
  • TRILO 5 - (52 sqmt - sleeps 5) Comprises of: double bedroom, bunk bed room, kitchenette, living room with single sofa bed, bathroom.
  • TRILO 6 - (56 sqmt - sleeps 6) Comprises of: double bedroom,  twin bedroom, kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed. Some of them with two bathrooms.
  • VIP 6 - same as TRILO 6 but all have 2 bathrooms and use of the swimming pool.

RESORT FACILITIES: reception open 09.00/13.00-17.00/20.00, restaurant, bar, shop, unattended parking area, shuttle bus service available on demand.

COMFORT CARD: (Compulsory from 11/06-10/09) includes: 1 bottle of water, “BEACH SET” available in each apartment for the duration of the stay (2 beach towels + 1 rucksack); “COURTESY KIT” (bathroom essentials + slippers); “SWEET SARDINIA” (Selection of Sardinian biscuits and cakes).

DISTANCE TO SEA: 400/800 metres far from a white sandy beach. Close by there are some of the island's most beautiful beaches (some of them equipped with sun umbrellas and sun beds).

PETS: little pets are welcome (not allowed in comunal areas).

CREDIT CARDS:  not accepted.
