Alghero: Alghero is a popular and thriving Holiday destination with numerous lovely beaches and a beautiful historic town centre full of characteristic shops, restaurants, bars and cafès.  The town has a strong Spanish / Catalan element to it's history which is clearly evident in the local dialect, architecture, cuisine and traditions. There's something for everyone in this corner of Sardinia: from archeological sites including Nuraghe Palmavera and the Necropolis of Anghelu Ruju to the National park of Porto Conte and Neptune's Caves.  There are vinyards to visit and nature trails to walk.  The old Town centre is a hub of activity until the early hours with it's narrow cobbled streets lined with boutiques and restaurants offering some of the best of local cuisine plus some of the best quality wines in Italy.  Just outside the town there are also several night clubs and discos.

Resort: Vista Blu Resort is situated just 3km from the town centre.  It is a very recent development built in a mediterranean style with local stone and cool pastel colours, set in well attended gardens, surrounded by mature olive groves and offering fabulous views towards the sea, the gulf of Alghero and Capo Caccia. 

The villas are tastefully built and fitting with the environment using granite stone, wooden beams and terracotta tiles.  All the villas are very spacious with a small kitchen equipped with all the necessary crockery and cutlery, air conditioning / heating, tv, washing-machine,  oven, toaster, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, all with private garden, barbecue, patio equipped with table and chairs, sun terrace with table and chairs, private parking. They are available in the following categories:

 

• VILLA 4 (mq 80): Living room with sofa, double bedroom, twin bedded room, two bathrooms one with shower and one with bath (in some villas one of the bathrooms en-suite to the master bedroom).
• VILLA 6 (mq 100):  Living room with sofa-bed for 2 persons, double bedroom, twin bedded room, two bathrooms one with shower and one with bath (in some villas one of the bathrooms is en-suite to the master bedroom).
• VILLA 8 (mq 115): Living room with sofa-bed for 2 persons, double bedroom, 2 twin bedded rooms, two bathrooms one with shower and one with bath (in some villas one of the bathrooms is en-suite to the master bedroom).

SERVICES: reception (09.00/13.00-17.00/20.00), sun bathing area with a limited number of sun loungers, swimming pool, small bar (open-times according to the management).

COMFORT CARD: (compulsory from 11/06 to 10/09), includes: "BEACH SET" supplied to each apartment for the entire stay (1 umbrella, 2 beach chairs, 1 beach towels per person from 6yrs up), "WELCOME BREAKFAST" (the package includes: jams , Nutella, milk, tea, coffee, 1 bottle of water, biscuits, cookies), "COURTESY KIT" (bathroom essentials); Use of bicyles (a refundable deposit will be requested) WiFi Zone, Free Gift for each villa: inluding 1 beach-bag + head band or sarong.  Possible to book excursions and car and motorbike rental.

DISTANCE FROM SEA: about 3.5 km from the beach. In a few minutes drive you reach the famous beaches of "Le Bombarde", "Lazzaretto", "Mugoni" and many others.
